Common questions from buyers

How fast will I get a quote?

Within one business day for most requests. Stocked SA179 and standard copper alloy sizes are usually same day.

Is there a minimum order?

No fixed minimum. We quote small lots for repairs and retubes as well as truckloads.

What comes with the tube?

A mill test report with heat number, chemistry, mechanical properties, heat treatment, and NDT results. Certificates of conformance and DFARS statements on request.

Which alloys are actually made in the USA?

C12200 copper is melted, cast, drawn, annealed, and tested in Hillsboro, Texas. C44300, C70600, C71500, and C72200 are pilgered, drawn, annealed, and tested in Hillsboro from qualified cast shells. Carbon, stainless, duplex, and nickel alloy tube comes from qualified mills and is inspected and certified in Hillsboro under the same ISO 9001:2015 system.

Can you cut to length or bend?

Yes. Cut lengths, U-bends to your schedule, pointing, swaging, and end finishing.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. Tell us the destination and we will quote the freight terms you prefer.
